Custom Rubber Seals
Our Precision Spliced Vulcanized O-Rings are available in any size, shape, or compound. Manufactured in continuous lengths – our profiles include cord, tubes, squares, rectangles, multi-lobe, and custom shapes. Precision Spliced Custom Extrusions are our specialty!
We can fabricate to any specified Inner Dimension (ID), Cut Length (CL), or Custom Shape. We specialize in 45 and 90 degree angle splices, then permanently vulcanize to provide an extremely strong and uniform bond. We can do large diameter O-rings.
Like our molded O-Rings, all Precision Spliced Vulcanized O-Rings are designed using carefully formulated rubber compounds. Supported by inventory unmatched in the industry, shipments are typically available within two to three working days.
Royal Seal compounds are available in a variety of hardness ranges (30-90 Shore A) and include Silicone (VMQ), Fluorosilicone (FVMQ), Fluorocarbon (FKM/Viton™), Ethylene Propylene (EPDM), Neoprene (CR), Nitrile (NBR), Urethane (UE), and many Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE/TPU).
O-Rings, Extrusions & Cord Stock
O-Rings, Extrusions & Cord Stock are available in a full range of sizes and materials and can be ordered in small or large quantities from stock on hand.
Our O-Rings are available in standard AS-568A and Metric Dimensions in all materials. Non-standard inch and metric sizes are also available. All our O-Rings are designed using carefully formulated rubber compounds and manufactured to RMA Class A1 High Precision Tolerances.
O-Ring Cord Stock is available in all Imperial (inch) and Metric sizes and can be ordered in several different compounds.
Materials include: Silicone (VMQ); Fluorosilicone (FVMQ); Fluorocarbon (FKM/Viton™); Perfluoroelastomer (FFKM); Ethylene Propylene (EPDM); Neoprene (CR); Nitrile (NBR); Polyurethane (EU); and Teflon Encapsulated.
Common agency related certifications ASTM, UL, FDA, JIS, ANSI/NSF, WRAS, KTW, and RoHS Compliance.
Custom Fabricated Items & Assemblies
What are your custom fabrication needs? We are a full line supplier and industrial converter / fabricator of resilient materials and thin metals with a commitment to the highest standards in quality and service.
We also precision die-cut all materials.
Manufacturing capabilities include tight tolerance skiving to thickness of closed and open cell materials; slitting to width of cellular and solid rubber; lamination of acrylic, rubber, and silicone based pressure sensitive adhesives.
Additional materials include Closed Cell and Open Cell Sponge Rubber – Neoprene, EPDM, Silicone, and Viton. Along with Polyurethane, Polyethylene, Polyester & Polyether.
Materials available in sheets and roll form – slitting to width of materials. Stripping of all heavy gauge cellular and solid rubber materials.
